Larceny:  The Appomattox County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a grand larceny that occurred in their jurisdiction. Between May 25 and May 29, 2007, an Aluminum Vaporizer was stolen from a farm on Hollywood Road in the Hixburg area of Appomattox County.

• Made of nearly 100% aluminum
• Approximately 250 lbs

The retail value of this piece of equipment is approximately $4,000.00.  In addition, copper tubing was taken from the farm during the theft.
